1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Saffron Journey provides festival experience planning, VIP event access, cultural tours, and related services. Specific service details, inclusions, and exclusions are outlined in individual booking confirmations.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of required deposit. Full payment is due 60 days before service commencement unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations more than 45 days before service: full refund minus 15% administration fee. 30-45 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. No-shows and early departures are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: providing accurate information, holding valid travel documents, obtaining necessary visas, following cultural protocols, respecting local customs, and maintaining appropriate behavior during experiences.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Saffron Journey and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Saffron Journey is not liable for: festival cancellations or changes, weather conditions, travel delays, personal injury or loss, third-party service failures, or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, pandemic, war, civil unrest, or government restrictions. Alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Melbourne, Victoria under Australian law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. All parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
